At Fertile Roots by Premium MIlovanovic LLC Digital Store, we are committed to providing high-quality, valuable digital content. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the eBook has been delivered or downloaded.
Since eBooks are non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods, we do not offer refunds or exchanges after purchase. When a customer receives access to the eBook (whether via download link or online viewing platform), the product is considered “delivered.”
Exceptions – Refunds May Be Considered If:
We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund in the following exceptional cases:

You accidentally purchased the wrong product and did not download or access it

The file is corrupt or does not open, and our support cannot resolve the issue
